 |
If you’re
looking for an independent place to spend your holiday,
you’ll find plenty of self-catering options in Harrogate.
The Old Sheepcote in Darley [map], is set
in the heart of Nidderdale amidst the beautiful open countryside
and panoramic views. This cosy detached cottage
has recently been converted from an old sheepcote and
still retains some wonderful original features including
a steep wooden staircase and low stable doors. For this
reason it is not particularly suitable for children or
those with walking difficulties.
The nearby Seven Springs Cottage [map] offers one bedroom
accommodation with double bed and single bed, en suite
shower room with WC, sitting room and well-equipped kitchen/dining
room.
Regent Cottage [map] is a period residence
that has been refurbished to high standards and is situated
in a private courtyard. Offering accommodation for up
to six people, the cottage is in a quiet location just five minutes from the town centre. The cottage
offers one double room, one twin room, a large bathroom
with shower over the bath, a sitting room and well fitted
kitchen/diner.
